Summary:

Please find attached a summary of all cash donations, miscellaneous revenue and property donated to the Albemarle County Public Schools through the fourth quarter of the 2021-22 fiscal year. The back-up is also provided for all donations, miscellaneous revenue, and property received.
On July 11, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved a streamlined appropriation process for anticipated School Fund revenue associated with miscellaneous grants, donations, and School Activity Funds. Funds will not be expended until the revenues are actually received.
For the 4th quarter of the fiscal year, $138,820.95 has been accepted in donations and miscellaneous revenues with $138,820.95 accepted by the School Fund and $0.00 accepted by the Special Revenue Funds.

Of the $400,000.00 that was appropriated for donations and miscellaneous revenue in the School Fund, a total of $317,804.44 has been accepted for the fiscal year.
