Summary:

Please find attached a summary of all cash donations, miscellaneous revenue and property donated to the Albemarle County Public Schools through the fourth quarter of the 2022-23 fiscal year. The back-up is also provided for all donations, miscellaneous revenue, and property received.
On July 11, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved a streamlined appropriation process for anticipated School Fund revenue associated with miscellaneous grants, donations, and School Activity Funds. Funds will not be expended until the revenues are actually received. |

For the 4th quarter of the fiscal year, $616,032.19 has been accepted in donations and miscellaneous revenues with $616,032.19 accepted by the School Fund and $0.00 accepted by the Special Revenue Funds.
Of the $400,000.00 that was appropriated for donations and miscellaneous revenue in the School Fund, a total of $616,032.19 has been accepted for the fiscal year. |
