Summary: At the July 30, 2019 Professional Development session, the Board discussed a desire for a Governance Manual. Mr. Alcaro and Mr. Paige volunteered to work on a manual. Mr. Alcaro and Mr. Paige worked with Ms. Johnston to develop a draft manual for the Board to review and provide direction.

During the work session on October 24, 2019, Mr. Alcaro reviewed the draft Governance Manual with the School Board. Board members offered suggestions on the content.

Suggestions from the October 24th meeting have been incorporated into the document. The Board is asked to review the revised document and to provide additional feedback. The manual will be on the December meeting agenda for approval.
